Electrical Engineer – Building Services

Job Description
This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that surpass industry best practices and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost engineering analyses, including return on investment assessments.
- Design MV & LV infrastructure, including standby power solutions.
- Develop bespoke and faxc3xa7ade lighting solutions.
- Implement energy and building management systems, including metering solutions.
- Integrate renewable energy systems into building designs.
- Design digital infrastructure and security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.
- Develop life protection systems, such as smoke detection and public address systems.
- Create lighting control and automation solutions.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical and electronic building services design.
- Proficiency in design software relevant to electrical engineering.
- Strong understanding of energy-efficient technologies and sustainable design practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
