Responsible For
Main Purpose:

• You'll work as part of an engineering team, using special software like Revit and CAD to create detailed drawings and designs for electrical systems in buildings or infrastructure projects.
• Create Drawings: Use computer programs (like Revit and CAD) to draw detailed electrical layouts for buildings.
• Help Design: Assist with the actual design of electrical systems (like wiring, lighting, power).
• Go to Meetings: Attend meetings at the office or on construction sites to talk about the project's progress and coordinate with others.
• Visit Sites: Travel to construction sites to inspect and check on the work being done.
• Talk to People: Communicate with power suppliers, other engineers, and consultants to make sure everything fits together correctly.
• Work Professionally: Represent the company well by being professional, dressing smartly (tie optional), and building good relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Travel: Sometimes you may need to travel to remote areas or even outside South Africa for work.
• Support the Team: Help the company meet its goals by doing high-quality work and following its rules and policies.
• Fill in Reports: Submit timesheets weekly and report any needed information to your managers.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break).
• You may need to work extra hours sometimes without extra pay to meet deadlines.
