Prepare and present detailed

Manage changes and variation orders
, ensuring accurate valuation, documentation, and timely submission to the client.
Prepare and issue
contractual letters and notices
in coordination with the project team to protect the company's commercial interests.
Prepare and submit
interim payment applications
, verify site progress, and follow up on payment collection.
Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications to verify quantities and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Perform detailed
quantity take-offs
and prepare
Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
in coordination with engineering and planning teams.
Analyze and validate
subcontractor and supplier quotations
, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
Support
procurement activities
by providing accurate cost data, assisting in negotiations, and preparing cost comparisons.
Participate in
post-contract activities
