The ideal candidate will translate complex system processes into engaging, easy-to-understand learning materials, ensuring that end-users across the agriculture industry can use our products effectively and confidently.
Description
Key Responsibilities

• Develop eLearning content, online help systems, and user guides to support software adoption in the agriculture sector.
• Create interactive modules, videos, infographics, and step-by-step tutorials aligned with product features and workflows.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), business analysts, and developers to gather accurate product knowledge.
• Ensure all learning material is clear, user-friendly, and accessible for a diverse audience.
• Maintain and update existing content as products evolve.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to maximise engagement.
• Ensure compliance with agriculture industry standards, client requirements, and export regulations where applicable.
• Test and validate learning content to confirm accuracy and usability.
• Excellent ability to translate technical information into simple, clear content.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity in designing engaging, learner-focused content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation (graphics, video, animations).
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles for digital learning tools.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience in creating eLearning, technical documentation, or online training materials.
• Knowledge of authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with agriculture, supply chain, or traceability systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
