External Sales Representative
Our client is a leading specialist in air conditioning solutions, renowned for their outstanding products and services, which include high-quality diffusers, air grilles, louvers, dampers, and custom-made solutions. They also offer modern air conditioning systems, evaporative coolers, and maintenance services, making them a preferred supplier in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Salary: R12 000 + Uncapped Commission

Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate
Valid drivers license
Own reliable vehicle
Cold calling experience
External sales or experience in restaurant / construction (doors, windows, roofs, building industry) is advantageous
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities

• Advise clients on technical information related to products and services
• Follow up on orders and provide feedback
• Handle client inquiries and perform administrative tasks
• Sell and promote products through up- and cross-selling, including special offers
• Build and maintain good relationships with the sales and support teams
• Manage challenging client situations professionally and provide solutions
• Ensure timely attendance, neatness, and good personal grooming
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships
• Keep sales systems updated with client information and call statuses
• Strive to meet sales targets and successfully negotiate orders
• Ensure accurate pricing and promotional execution
• Provide appropriate advice to clients regarding product selection

Verantwoordelikhede

• Adviseer kliente oor tegniese inligting rakende produkte en dienste
• Volg op bestellings en gee terugvoer
• Hanteer kliente-navrae en voer administratiewe take uit
• Verkoop en bevorder produkte deur up- en cross-selling, insluitend spesiale aanbiedinge
• Bou en handhaaf goeie verhoudings met die verkoops- en ondersteuning-spanne
• Hanteer uitdagende klientsituasies professioneel en bied oplossings
• Verseker tydige aanmelding, netheid en goeie persoonlike versorging
• Vestig en handhaaf sterk klientverhoudings
• Hou verkoopsisteme op datum met klientinligting en oproepstatusse
• Streef verkoopsdoelwitte na en onderhandel bestellings suksesvol
• Verseker korrekte pryse en promosies
• Gee toepaslike advies aan kliente oor produkkeuses
