Key Responsibilities:

Manage all E&I engineering activities related to the design, manufacture, and commissioning of capital equipment.
Lead and mentor a team of E&I engineers and technicians.
Ensure designs meet technical standards, client specifications, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Oversee PLC/control system integration, panel designs, instrumentation selection, and cabling layouts.
Support production and workshop teams during build and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) phases.
Engage with clients during design reviews and commissioning stages as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

BEng/BSc in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Minimum 8-10 years' experience in E&I design and management within an OEM or capital equipment environment.
Solid experience in PLC-based control systems, instrumentation, and electrical design for heavy industrial equipment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Working knowledge of local and international electrical standards and codes.
Professional registration (Pr. Eng)
