A Snapshot of Your Day EHS professional at Siemens Energy How Youxe2x80x99ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

• Prepare and Compile Safety Files for Siemens Energy projects and Field Services operations.
• Accurate reporting of SHE Stats
• Support ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 standards
• Coordination for ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001, Management system
• Maintenance of the annual Audit programs
• Conduct pre and post audit meetings to ensure a clear understanding of the audit requirements and findings
• Coordination of Management review
• Implement, drive & manage the SHEQ culture at Grid Technology Services
• Conduct checks on selected individual risks
• Participate in accident process against company requirement
• Implement depot emergency procedures and preparedness
• Implement client and SHEQ requirements and protocols
• Ability to conduct risk, safety, health, and quality risk assessments
• Ability to conduct environmental impact and aspect assessments
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholder
• Maintain Electronic and Hard copy of SHEQ Documentation requirements
• Document control
• Conduct SHEQ Internal Audits,
• Maintain NCR system for Quality and SHE complaints
• Assist with appointments, SHEQ system maintenance
• Assist in the review/updating of policy and procedures
• In the event of an accident/incident capture all supplied information on electronic system
• Measure the level of SHEQ effectiveness and take action to remedy sub-standard performance or improve existing levels of performance
• Any other duties as may be assigned by Department Manager

What You Bring (qualification, skills, experience etc.)

• Minimum Grade 12 Qualification or Relevant Equivalent Tertiary qualification
• Degree or National Diploma in Health and Safety or Quality Management
• Must have SAMTRAC or National Diploma Safety Management
• Must have ISO 9001,14001 and 45001 internal auditing Qualifications
• Minimum 5 - 10 years experience, post qualification within SHEQ Management systems
• Must have SHEQ Document control experience
• Must have ISO 9001,14001,45001 implementation experience
• Registered with SACPCMP is advantageous.
• Must have strong knowledge on construction regulations.
• Must be willing to travel
