This is not your typical operations role. You'll be out in the field, on the phone, and at the heart of our driver community--selling our value proposition, building trust, and making sure every driver is ready to hit the road with confidence.

What You'll Do
Drive growth by participating in market visits to generate new driver leads.
Conduct info sessions with current and prospective drivers, showcasing why our platform is the best choice.
Lead outbound call campaigns to engage prospective and newly signed-up drivers.
Build strong relationships with drivers--understanding their needs, concerns, and goals, and positioning our company as their solution.
Guide drivers through the sign-up process, ensuring they're ready to take their first trips quickly and smoothly.
Manage strategic partnerships with third parties to strengthen our ecosystem.
Act as the voice of the customer, capturing insights and feeding them back into the business to drive improvement.
