Job Description

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences (Paramedical).
• Minimum 2 years experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical sales, as a Sales Rep.

Key Performance Areas:

• Sales:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Develop sales plans for the designated areas to achieve sales targets.
• Compile monthly sales reports, by monitoring sales and customer analysis.
• Follow up with Sales Manager on sales achieved.
• Compile quarterly activity reports for presentation at the quarterly Marketing meeting.
• Compile activity reports for input into the Marketing department, reporting to the Group Board.
• Provide customer training and education.
• Identify, co-ordinate and organise CME opportunities for the Information Centre.
• Identify new sales and promotional opportunities to increase sales/awareness.
• Develop a quarterly customer call plan.
• Assist customers with queries/complaints and record on CRM system.
• Organise the Group's attendance at Congresses by booking, and attending to all the necessary details;xc3x82 Attend Congresses as part of the promotions plan.
• Product and Market Knowledge:

• Keep abreast of trends, in terms of competitor activities, pricing, therapeutic trends, new products and diseases.
• Provide feedback from Doctors, Nurses and patients, in terms of product design and suitability.
• Executive Support to Head of Business Development:

• Provide all the requested information, documents and data by agreed deadlines.
