Job Description
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB qualified).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years post article experience.
- Must be in a similar role of Legal Counsel in the property sector, with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial background, with conveyancing and bond process experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Willing to take instruction and guidance where appropriate.
- Demonstrated track record of being able to operate independently.
- Proactive, high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel when required throughout South Africa.
