We are seeking an enthusiastic Education Programme Advisor to join our sales team. In this role, you will assist prospective students in achieving their academic and career goals by guiding them through the enrolment process, building strong relationships, and meeting enrolment targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Location: Plattekloof, Cape Town
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students and provide information on programmes and courses
Guide applicants through the enrolment and registration process
Achieve individual and team enrolment targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Follow up with prospects and provide excellent customer service
Key Requirements:
Previous sales experience, ideally in higher education or services
Strong communication and customer-focused skills
Proficiency with CRM systems
Degree, relevant qualification, or equivalent experience
