Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students and provide information on programmes and courses
- Guide applicants through the enrolment and registration process
- Achieve individual and team enrolment targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects and provide excellent customer service
- Previous sales experience, ideally in higher education or services
- Strong communication and customer-focused skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Degree, relevant qualification, or equivalent experience
