We are growing our e-Complete team in South Africa! As a People Partner/HR Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success. The ideal candidate will be a people-centric professional with a wealth of HR experience. In our dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will need to be responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities and Deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Capacity Planning & Recruitment

  • Driving all recruitment needs and processes, monitoring placements, and supporting onboarding.
  • Managing the on and offboarding process of staff
  • Assisting team leads in identifying current staff gaps and new potential hires/workplace capacity planning.
Staff Retention & Recognition
  • Training, counselling, and coaching staff on working and adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Managing and assisting the HODs on the employee review process monthly, quarterly, and annually while driving the 1:1, KPI, and appraisal process.
  • Supporting management in talent development
Disciplinary, Poor Performance Management & HR Processes
  • Developing and owing all HR-related processes - Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
  • Managing employee relations, including employment relations matters, performance issues, and disciplinary and grievance procedures within the business.
  • Guiding the handling of workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  • Where necessary, representing the Company at the CCMA.
  • Drafting and finalisation of employment contracts
Training & Development
  • Develop and initiate training and orientation plans for new starters.
  • Develop and maintain training programmes for the Company.
  • Implement and enforce department-specific training
Administration, Data management & Reporting
  • Managing and completing all administrative duties relating to Human Resources including benefits onboarding, administration, and communication with fund managers.
  • Continuous payroll administration and monthly payroll submission to finance for payment
  • Continuous and consistent data collection, analysis, and reporting of HR metrics and updating leadership on internal HR statistics.
Requirements

What are we looking for?
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the same/similar role
  • Qualification in Human resource management and/or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Solid understanding of South African Labour law and good knowledge of HR good practices and standards
  • Experience with Payroll platform - Payspace will be advantageous
