We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce & Website Coordinator to manage the daily online trading functions for our retail stores. This role supports our WordPress e-commerce platform and ensures a seamless customer experience from product upload to delivery.
You will work closely with outsourced technical partner to keep the website updated, accurate, and aligned with promotions, while providing exceptional service to our online customers.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Product Management
Maintain and update product listings on WordPress (WooCommerce)
Upload new products with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing
Remove products and manage discontinued items
Update pricing in line with promotions and business changes
Upload marketing banners and update page content as required
Ensure product categories, filters, and collections are accurate and user-friendly
Maintain and optimise the product library and media files
E-Commerce Operations
Process online orders through our accounting platform
Coordinate with warehouses and suppliers to arrange stock and deliveries
Liaise with logistics partners and schedule deliveries
Track orders and update customers throughout the process
Handle customer queries via email, WhatsApp, telephone, and web chat
Manage returns, exchanges, and service enquiries
Ensure all orders are invoiced, documented, and followed through to completion
Customer Experience
Provide professional, friendly, and timely communication
Ensure excellent customer service standards
Identify common customer feedback themes and share insights for improvement
Administration
Maintain accurate order tracking and sales reporting
Assist with stock checks and product information accuracy
Support marketing team with basic website content updates
General administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience Required
Experience with
WordPress / WooCommerce
(advantage)
Basic understanding of digital merchandising and product uploads
Strong computer literacy (Excel, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office)
Experience in retail or e-commerce (advantage)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
