Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Warehouse General Manager. As the E-Commerce Warehouse General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate inventory levels at all times
- Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize errors
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- 5+ years experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
