A company that has emerged as a trailblazer in the Direct Response industry, carving a niche primarily in TV and online marketing is looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Key Accounts Manager to lead and nurture our strategic partnerships with key online retail accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution of e-commerce initiatives. Their commitment to innovation is evident in their expansive product ranges, and they strive to evolve constantly, ensuring their clients have access to the best offerings in the market

Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Diploma or Degree in Related field (Added Advantage)
Must have own car and valid driver's license
3-5 years of relevant work experience
in similar position
Experience with the following E-Commerce Platforms Takealot, ODO, Amazon & Clicks

Duties and Responsibilities:
Strengthen relationships with key accounts
Increase monthly sales for account growth
Resolve key account issues and complaints
Understand and anticipate key account needs
Manage communication between buyers and internal teams
Strategically plan to improve account results
Negotiate deals with account managers
Collaborate with logistics, merchandising, and warehousing teams
Maximize profit through upselling and cross-selling
Plan and present reports on account progress
Meet client needs and deliverables on time
Analyse account data for effective relationship management
Expand relationships and onboard new accounts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account documentation
