Job Summary E-Commerce sales processor, Helderberg (Food/Fruit online sales store) R18 000 + benefits + Bi-Annual Performance Bonusses This position is to maintain and improve our digital sales growth. You will be based at the Helderberg Branch/Facilities Requirements xe2x80xa2 Minimum Matric with mathematics xe2x80xa2 Previous online sales experience within Food/Fruit Industry xe2x80xa2 3 Years Online Order Processing experience Responsibilities / Experience Required xe2x80xa2 Tracking online orders by ensuring stock leaving stores via online store is correctly invoiced and accurately packed. xe2x80xa2 Communicate expected delivery dates and follow up with customers to ensure content delivery. xe2x80xa2 Expand and grow online sales. xe2x80xa2 Manage the day-to-day operations of online. xe2x80xa2 Assist with delivery routings for Online and Drop shipments. xe2x80xa2 Check and manage adequate stock levels xe2x80xa2 Process returns xe2x80xa2 Assist with stock take xe2x80xa2 Process and track online orders xe2x80xa2 Ensure all orders are packed timeously. xe2x80xa2 Ensure paperwork is completed correctly. xe2x80xa2 Manage and process all consignment requirements (orders, stock levels, assemblies and administration) xe2x80xa2 Follow up immediately on customer queries xe2x80xa2 Manage sample procedure including recording, issuing, organization stock and arranging delivery
