E Commerce Sales Administrator

Job Description

Deli South Africa (Pty) Ltd is a leading stationery and office supplies wholesaler dedicated to delivering quality products and efficient service to our customers.

We are currently seeking an e-Commerce Sales Administrator who would be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the online sales platforms.

Responsibilities



Capture orders on SAP and confirm orders on channels' platforms. Ensure order information is accurately entered into the system based on the purchased orders. Create return notes on SAP. Follow-up on return orders by ensuring that the returned items have been physically collected and returned to our warehouse. Notifying customers of the progress of their orders where applicable. Assist with operations within the e-Commerce Department with the daily processing of orders, ensuring that turnaround for picking, packing, and delivery is adhered to. Collaborate with other internal departments to streamline e-commerce operations.

Qualifications



Grade 12 (Matric) required; Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field advantageous. Minimum 2 years' experience in e-commerce, online sales administration, or customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and e-commerce platforms. Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: R10000,00 - R14000,00 per month
