PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The E-Commerce Project Manager role requires you to manage and oversee a wide range of projects related to e-commerce operations across various platforms, including Amazon, iHerb,Walmart, eBay, and others. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Planning - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets (when required).
• Timely Project Execution - Take complete ownership of projects and be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed according to target timelines, Take proactive measures to address delays or issues that may impact project schedules.
• SOP Improvement - Continuously assess and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to e-commerce projects to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, with a focus on meeting project timelines.
• E-Commerce Strategy - Contribute to the development and execution of the company' e-commerce strategy across retailers, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Stakeholder Management - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Content Management - Coordinate the creation and management of product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and other content on the e-commerce websites that are included in your portfolio.
• Analytics and Reporting - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, track progress, and recommend improvements. Provide weekly/monthly reports according to business needs.
• Quality Assurance - Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure a seamless and error-free shopping experience for customers.
• E-commerce Marketing - Collaborate with the marketing team to align e-commerce initiatives with marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Risk Management - Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Matric Certificate
• Certificate/Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in both G Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an e-commerce project manager or similar role in the e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use analytics tools to drive decision-making.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
