Provide detailed briefs to developers for site enhancements and troubleshooting.
Oversee the implementation of Magento 2 modules, themes, and custom functionalities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless user experience and operational efficiency.
Help grow ECommerce stores, relaunch their apps and omni channels as well as understanding of digital landscape developing the digital proposition and digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Responsible for briefing developers on tasks and projects whilst growing their eCommerce stores, relaunch their apps and omni channels.
Hands-on experience with Magento 2 platform functionalities, such as catalogue management, customer experience, and backend configurations to optimize the eCommerce Channel performance, from e-merchandising & personalization and retention activities, leveraging CRM insights to increase conversion and average basket size.
Deliver commercial digital activities on time and quality to effectively convey project requirements and collaborate with the development team.
Ensure the brand equity is protected on all digital touchpoints.
Run promotion campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Magento 2 and eBusiness
Proven track record of managing e-commerce projects.
University degree preferred.
Experience in Digital Marketing activities to drive traffic on websites.
Web Analytics knowledge (Google Analytics certification a plus)
Excellent planning and administration skills
