Our team is fully remote and located on 3 continents meaning that we have a diverse team and welcoming working environment.Requirements:A passion for digital marketing and wanting to build a career within the digital spaceAt least 3 Years experience media buying (Meta & Google PPC)A marketing related degreeExperience buying for direct to consumer Ecommerce brandsBeing a self-motivated and driven individual:This job role is a fully remote position, centred around creating media buying strategies for ecommerce direct to consumer dog products. The right applicant will have experience designing and implementing ad campaigns, continuously analysing the data and making data driven decisions. The right candidate will be confident owning the system, presenting growth opportunities and iterations of top performing creatives.This role is not only the day to day management of the paid advertising, PPC and Meta. Itxe2x80x99s also the structuring of creative, it requires an understanding of what works in the current space and adapting to the ever changing landscape of advertising.Competencies:A strong understanding of data analyticsAbility to analyse campaigns & implement strategy based on findingsBalancing ROAS with scaling campaignsGood technical communicator - be able to turn complexity into simplicityExceptional communication skills both written and verbalJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: R30,000.00 - R50,000.00 per monthEducation:Bachelors (Required)Experience:Media Buying: 3 years (Required)Ecommerce Marketing: 2 years (Required)
