E Commerce Executive

Job Description
We're seeking an experienced and talented e-commerce executive to join our start-up e-commerce retailer of tech and lifestyle accessories.
You will play a pivotal role in optimising our online business operations and delivering exceptional customer service. As an e-commerce executive, you'll maintain all our sales touchpoints - website, online marketplaces - and oversee online sales, despatch orders, manage stock inventories, and optimise the overall customer experience.
Required skills and qualifications
2+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management and other e-commerce operations to optimise sales and customer engagement. Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways and logistics systems. Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English. Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon. Preferred: A bachelor's degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Job Type:
Full Time. Location: Constantia, Cape Town (must have own transport) Start date as soon as possible.
