Looking for Ecology / Environmental Intern for an Environmentalists Minimum Requirements Environmental or ecological diploma or degree Good written communication in English Computer literacy in all Microsoft packages Drivers license Added advantages. Field work or ECO experience Experience in giving presentations and/or training kids. Mapping capabilities (GIS) Data management, processing and analysis. Critical characteristics Passionate about nature and enjoying field work Have attention to detail with regards to data capturing and processing Be self motivated Candidates most suitable for this position would Be able to plan, organise logistics and execute plans Have good time management and organisational skills Responsibilities The selected candidate will be involved with environmental inspections, ecological monitoring, data capturing and processing. The candidate will organize school environmental programs and/or training. What will you do Assist Ecologists with: Implementing environmental and biodiversity projects. Environmental control officer inspections and reporting. Ecological monitoring and reporting. Environmental Education and Training. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Application Deadline: 2023/12/15
