Job Description
Our client is a respected player in the mining industry, known for operational excellence and innovation. They require a seasoned Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Manager with a Pr Eng registration and solid mining sector experience, to oversee projects, ensure compliance, and drive performance improvements. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, lead plant optimisation initiatives, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Education & Experience:
- BEng / BSc Electrical Engineering (ECSA registered Pr Eng - essential)
- Minimum 5 years EC&I experience in the mining sector
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of mining legislation, safety standards, and best practices
- Strategic leadership and team development
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
