Responsibilities:
- Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing...
- Coordinates and integrates the manufacturing activities of a product segment at a small to medium site
- Optimizes service creation processes in and between the subordinate lines
- Ensures/enables application of quality processes
- Processes of production orders on-time
- Steers continuous improvement of workplace and processes
- Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations
- Ensures HSE compliance on-site
Typically academic degree and relevant work experience
Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise
