JD Specialized Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of an exclusive 5* Lodge in Madikwe for an energetic DUTY MANAGER to join their team. Experience & Skills Requirements

  • A Tertiary hospitality qualification would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 3-year experience in a similar role at a 5* lodge essential
  • Good understanding of lodge operations, especially FOH & Reception
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Computer literacy essential and experience on PMS systems.
  • Excellent Guest liaison skills
  • Guest centric
  • Able to think on their feet and handle pressure.
  • Vibrant, confident, and professional personality
  • Driverxe2x80x99s License
