Job Description
This role combines hosting, operational support, and guest relations. You will ensure smooth daily management, personalised service, and seamless coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and host guests with warmth and professionalism
Oversee smooth day-to-day lodge operations
Support F&B, housekeeping, spa, and FOH
Handle enquiries, special requests, and feedback
Assist with reservations and admin
Maintain high service standards
Salary:
R22 000 - R25 0003+ years in luxury hospitality Strong guest relations and communication skills Calm, polished and professional Excellent organisational ability Passion for guest experience
