• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships

• Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns from clients promptly and professionally, striving for swift issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and communication history using our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of clientsxe2x80x99 media campaigns, including scheduling, content creation, and performance tracking
• Gather feedback from clients to contribute to the continuous improvement of our media offerings and services

Requirements for this Dutch speaking Customer Account Advisor job in Cape Town, South Africa:

• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
