Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in the BPO sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch (written and verbal)
- Experience in customer service
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on customer service.
- Proven troubleshooting skills, especially when dealing with new or complex issues.
- R27 500 Basic
- Woostock/ Maitland (hybrid - rotational office work)
- BPO, Telecommunication
