We are looking for an exceptionally organized, highly driven Dual Team Marketing Specialist to sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and accountability between two powerhouse teams: a bold, creative agency and a high-speed logistics brand operating across Africa and beyond. Location: Centurion (travel required between the 2 companies based in Pretoria East and Johannesburg East)
Salary: R25 000 R35 000 (depending on relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Project & Campaign Coordination:
Own and maintain all project boards, briefing systems, and status trackers across both teams.
Manage the end-to-end execution timeline of marketing deliverables (briefs, copy, design, approvals, publishing).
Schedule weekly planning and review sessions across both teams.
Ensure briefs are complete, detailed, and action-ready before assignment.
Track performance of live campaigns and coordinate reporting follow-ups.
Stakeholder Communication & Liaison:
Serve as the central point of contact for all the logistics companys internal marketing requests.
Meet regularly with business unit heads, product owners, and general managers to:
Gather campaign needs
Translate business objectives into marketing tasks
Align on priorities and deadlines
Proactively follow up with stakeholders for feedback, assets, approvals, or clarification.
Admin & Documentation:
Keep structured, accessible records of all:
Marketing briefs
Approvals and feedback
Budget allocations
Campaign calendars
Task progress (on the marketing companys internal system)
Prepare weekly dashboards and internal reports on progress, blockers, and upcoming deliverables.
Ensure consistent version control and naming conventions across all files and outputs.
Quality Control & Task Assurance:
Review deliverables before handover to the logistics company for alignment with briefs.
Identify potential delays early and escalate when needed.
Ensure every task has a clear owner, deadline, and status update.
Creative Team Support:
Coordinate with the marketing companys designers, copywriters, media buyers, and strategists.
Assist in preparing basic campaign briefs or creative outlines when needed.
Track task workload across the marketing companys team and help balance conflicting deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
2 4 years experience in marketing coordination, agency production, or internal marketing project management.
Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders or clients simultaneously.
Skills and Attributes:
Familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing deliverables (social media, OOH, print, events).
Proficient in the following Project Management Tools: Monday.com, Trello, Asana, or Notion.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack.
Proficient with Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, checklists, Gantt charts).

Bestuur die end-to-end uitvoeringstydlyn van bemarkingsaflewerings (opdragte, teks, ontwerp, goedkeuring, publikasie).
Skeduleer weeklikse beplannings- en hersieningsessies tussen die spanne.
Verseker dat opdragte volledig, gedetailleerd en aksie-klaar is voordat dit toegeken word.
Volg die prestasie van lopende veldtogte en koordineer verslagopvolgings.
Belanghebbende Kommunikasie en Liaison:
Dien as die sentrale kontakpunt vir alle interne bemarkingsversoeke van die logistieke maatskappy.
Vergader gereeld met sake-eenheidsleiers, produk eienaars en algemene bestuurders om:
Versamel veldtogbehoeftes
Besigheidsdoelwitte na bemarkings take te vertaal
Prioriteite en sperdatums te balanseer * Volg proaktief op met betrokke partye vir terugvoer, bates, goedkeuring of verduideliking.
Administrasie en Dokumentasie:
Hou gestruktureerde, toeganklike rekords van al die:

Berei weeklikse dashboards en interne verslae voor oor vordering, hindernisse en komende aflewerings.
Verseker konsekwente weergawebeheer en naamkonvensies oor alle leers en aflewerings.
Kwaliteitsbeheer en Taakversekering:
Hersien aflewerings voor oorgang na die logistieke maatskappy om dit met die opdragte te balanseer.
Identifiseer moontlike vertragings vroegtydig en eskaleer wanneer nodig.
Verseker dat elke taak n duidelike eienaar, sperdatum en statusopdatering het.
Kreatiewe Spanondersteuning:
Koordineer met die bemarkingsmaatskappy se ontwerpers, copywriters, media-koopmanne en strategiee.
Help met die voorbereiding van basiese veldtog opdragte of kreatiewe opsommings wanneer nodig.
Volg op oor take met die bemarkingsmaatskappy se span en help met die balanseer van teenstrydige sperdatums.
Minimum Vereistes:
Matriek
2 4 jaar ervaring in bemarkingskoordinering, agentskapproduksie of interne bemarkingsprojekbestuur.
Bewezen ervaring om met verskeie belanghebbendes of kliente gelyktydig te werk.
Vaardighede en Kenmerke:
Bekendheid met beide digitale en tradisionele bemarkingsaflewerings (sosiaal, buitelug, druk, gebeure).
