Driver Performance & Training Specialist

• Salary: R18 000 - R25 000/month, based on experience

Job details:

• Train and evaluate Code 14 drivers, on the road, in the classroom, and through coaching
• Lead accident remedial training and performance re-checks
• Support recruitment by assessing driver capability and onboarding new talent
• Design and deliver structured training schedules
• Provide continuous feedback to management on performance and training outcomes

Requirements:

• A valid Code 14 licence with PrDP and years of real-world road experience
• Certified as a Trainer, Assessor, Facilitator, or Moderator
• 4+ years in a training or learning & development role
• Confidence with computers and Microsoft Office (LMS experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills - fluent in English; Afrikaans is a plus
