Intercare seeks to recruit a Driver to support our operations across various facilities. The purpose of the position is to ensure safe and timely transportation of staff, patients, and medical supplies while adhering to all safety and operational protocols.
CRITICAL OUTPUTS

• Safely transport staff, patients, and medical supplies to and from designated locations.
• Ensure the company vehicle is maintained in good condition and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and Intercare safety protocols during operations.
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery and transport schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements.
• Provide quality customer service aligned with Intercare's Vision, Mission, and Values.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and PrDP.
• Minimum of 2 years' driving experience, preferably in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and public holidays on a rotational basis.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of supplies, if required.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is advantageous.
