We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Driver and Sales Trainer to join our team and play a crucial role in training and developing our driver-sales force to achieve high standards in driving skills and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on safe driving techniques and effective sales strategies. Train new and existing drivers on driving routes, safety protocols, and customer service with an emphasis on sales conversion. Assess training needs, conduct skills evaluations, and customize training sessions to address identified gaps. Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and support to enhance driver performance in both driving and sales activities. Create and update training materials, manuals, and tools for driver and sales development. Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant driving laws, regulations, and company policies during training. Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with company objectives and sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Driver Trainer, Sales Trainer, or in a similar training role. Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and sales techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire trainees to achieve their best performance. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Experience in the logistics or delivery industry is an advantage.
