Key Responsibilities:
: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Wet Services Draughtsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for wet services projects, such as plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems. As a Wet Services Draughtsman, you will work closely with our engineering and design teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities:

• Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for wet services projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software to produce accurate and clear technical drawings.
• Ensure that drawings comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and changes during the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and project-related files.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for wet services design and drafting.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
• Previous experience in wet services draughting, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to wet services.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
