The Doctors Liaison Officer is the primary sales and marketing person responsible for building relationships between physicians' offices and our healthcare system to increase the number of patients referred to our facility for treatment and care. A Doctors Liaison Officer is the representative for doctors, medical practices, and hospitals, and bridges the communication gap between referring doctors and specialty physicians.To be a successful Doctors Liaison Officer, you should demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, public speaking skills and effectively communicate the organizations its services and values to clients and medical professionals.MINIMUM CRITERIA Matric/ Grade 12. Diploma/Degree in Marketing advantageous. A good understanding of the healthcare industry and regulations. 5 years relevant working experience with a track record. Valid driverxe2x80x99s license and own car. Good time management and willingness to travel between head office, villages and relevant hospitals. Strong problem-solving skills. Digital marketing - Familiarity with on-line marketing and social media platforms.REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES Contributes to planning and developing a marketing strategy to promote the image, brand awareness and services of the organisation. Establishes and maintains effective relations and personal contact with existing and prospective clients including medical doctors at hospitals and in private practice, hospital managers and hospital marketers as well as key suppliers and service providers. Consistently monitor existing and prospective customer satisfaction. Proactively marketing and selling services to existing and prospective customers. Participates in and represents the Company in marketing events to promote the image and services of the organisation. Services as first point of contact between the Company and customers to address a range of queries and complaints to ensure swift resolution of issues and feedback to customers. Treat all Clients with dignity and respect and maintain strict Client confidentiality. Follows up on prospective client leads in order to plan and make appointments with prospective clients.
