DOCTOR DETAIL REPRESENTATIVE

Position Reports to: DOCTOR DETAIL LEAD
Location: GAUTENG West Rand

We are looking for appropriately qualified and talented individuals who would like to develop a career within a fast-paced and dynamic company.

JOB OBJECTIVE
The purpose of the Detailing Representative is to provide education and information by delivering key clinical messages so that our brands are most prescribed and recommended by General Practitioners.

Growth in recommendation:

• Targeted Healthcare professional (although not limited to) are those associated with General Practitioners.
• To follow the detail plan to all relevant HCPs.
• To grow % support by regions allocated to them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to;
Territory management.
Develop territory business plans for improved territory management.
Adherence to the business rules i.e., call rate standard, logging of calls daily, call plan adherence etc.
To effectively manage their customer database within their allocated territory.
Conduct ongoing training to the healthcare provider.
Attend regular team sales meetings, general meetings, and cycle meetings.
To use the tools supplied by the company, OCE, Repfocus and Impact RX data.

• Ensure that this data is correct and updated.
• To grow and maintain support IMPAXT RX %.

To actively promote brand awareness with all Consumer Health brands in the portfolio for them.
Supply Marketing with relevant market information/competitor activities and products monthly.
Responsible for prioritising areas and working with a plan.

REQUIREMENTS:

Suitable tertiary qualification would be an advantage i.e. BSc, Health Sciences or Marketing qualification.
Driverxe2x80x99s license and own reliable vehicle.
Minimum 3 years Detail Representative Experience, previous Cough Cold and Constipation will be an advantage.
Existing relationships with key customers on the West Rand will be an advantage.
