As the Divisional Finance Manager, you will provide a robust finance structure to the Facilities Division. Your role will include financial planning, risk minimization, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and financial policies. You will prepare and analyze financial statements, manage working capital, and offer commercial acumen to optimize financial performance and returns to shareholders.

Duties & Responsibilities



Prepare and analyze balance sheets, cash flow, and income statements within divisional and group timelines. Manage working capital to protect assets and income. Provide financial guidance to optimize business performance. Maintain strong control environments adhering to Tsebo Group policies. Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and manage debtors and creditors. Ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and timely collections. Support contract profitability and working capital management. Lead the forecasting and budgeting process. Coordinate year-end audits and maintain internal controls. Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and processes.

Technical and analytical accounting expertise. Effective communication and people management skills. Ability to mentor, train, and manage teams. Attention to detail and deadline-driven. Proactive and able to initiate improvements. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Management. A CA (SA) qualification would be an advantage. 5-8 years of post-qualification experience. Extensive financial management experience at a managerial level. Strong knowledge of IFRS. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (D365, QlikView, Hyperion). Advanced Excel skills and previous financial modeling experience. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
