You will be responsible for ensuring optimal warehousing performance by setting and closely tracking target KPIs for service and cost. Prioritizing the delivery of outstanding service while minimizing costs, you will effectively manage labour and address operational issues. Collaborating with regional and national stakeholders, you will define efficient distribution operations. Upholding SHE, Quality, CARE, and Best Practices standards, you will also implement NCE for continuous improvement.
The incumbent reports to the Physical Logistics Manager
Job experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years successful operational leadership experience in Warehouse & Transport management or other senior Supply Chain leadership roles
- Bcom - Supply Chain and/or Logistics Management/ BEng xe2x80x93 Engineering and Logistics
- Lean organisation and/or experience in lean tools and management
