Responsible for engaging prospective students and guiding them through the admissions process. Your primary focus will be to provide personalized assistance, answer inquiries, and convert leads into enrolled students through effective online communication and sales strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsiveness to leads
Ensure leads allocated is contacted
Maintain 1 5% conversion to lead registration
Quality & Professional Communication
Professional brand representation
Product knowledge
Providing detailed product information and registration process to student
Ability to use all forms of communication to student to provide information
Adhere to business policies
Collaborate with relevant Head of Faculties
