Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Dispatch Manager to oversee dispatch operations and ensure that goods are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on time.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.Oversee loading, routing, and scheduling of delivery vehicles.Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs.Liaise with the warehouse and logistics teams to streamline order processing and inventory movement.Ensure health & safety, food safety, and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.Resolve delivery issues or customer complaints in a professional manner.Generate dispatch reports and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement.Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and vehicle tracking.Requirements:Matric (Grade 12); Logistics or Supply Chain qualification advantageous.Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within the FMCG environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent knowledge of dispatch processes, route planning, and fleet management.Familiarity with inventory and warehouse management systems.Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Pronel ConsultantsRecruiter
