Job Description
Our client, suppliers of products to the Construction and Civils market is requiring a Dispatch Clerk to join their team
Job Type: Permanent on Site
Location: Port Elizabeth/ Gqeberha
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily dispatch activities
- Assist with the scheduling drivers and their deliveries
- check stock delivered according to Invoices
- Help monitor and update dispatch logs and schedules
- Ensure delivery times are adhered to
- Communicate basic route details and delivery instructions to drivers
- Prepare paperwork
- Relay information and updates to management
- Matric
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong communicator
- Attention to detail
- Deadline driven
