Role: Discipline Lead: Bridges and Civil Structures
Industry: Engineering Consulting
Level: Senior Management
Key Requirements:
BSc or BEng degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Professional Registration (Pr Eng) with ECSA (mandatory)
Minimum of 15 years practical experience in bridges and civil structures
Proven commercial and financial management experience
Demonstrated success in business development and securing new work
Extensive experience with SANRAL projects
Personal Attributes:
Strong problem-solving skills for complex engineering challenges
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven leadership and project management abilities
Strong interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagement
High industry awareness with a strategic business mindset
