Minimum Requirements
Honours degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles within Sales, Marketing, and/or Logistics.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
SA Poultry Industry knowledge
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Strong understanding of supply chain management and market dynamics.
Proven track record in sales growth, marketing strategy, and logistics management.
In-depth understanding of poultry production systems, cold chain logistics, and food safety standards.
Familiarity with South African market dynamics and regulatory environment.
Knowledge of poultry nutrition, processing, and value chain.
Experience in export markets and international trade compliance.
Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems for sales and logistics management.

Drive profitability, market expansion, and operational excellence.
Lead brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with South African regulations, food safety standards, and industry best practices.
Set annual sales targets and monitor performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Manage pricing strategies and product portfolio optimization.
Logistics
