A 5-Star hotel with +/-140 rooms, a lounge, 2 bars, two fine dining restaurants, banqueting for 400 is looking for a Director of Catering.
Must have Events Management experience with a strong background in events, weddings and conferences.
MUST have 5Food and Beverage management experience.
Must maximize the Catering sales revenues, manage and supervise the Catering Department - that includes (but is not limited) to the areas of the hotel in which both group and private events take place while achieving/maintaining the company standards in respect of quantity, quality and service.
Salary Range between R 50 000 - R 60 000 depending on experience.
