GENERAL MANAGER for a 5-Star Lodge in Limpopo
We are looking for a Hotel General Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and profitability.

  • A degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of working experience in a Hotel Management role.
  • A proven track record of achieving operational goals and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • This leadership role involves managing staff across various departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and a Spa.
  • The General Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, increase revenue, and maintain the hotels brand standards.
  • Key responsibilities include daily operations and financial management, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • This candidate will also be required to engage with guests to address concerns, gather feedback, and enhance the overall experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering a positive team environment and building relationships with clients and vendors.
