Director Finance (Multiple Industries) - Cape TownExperience: 8-10 years of experience in Finance roles, with 6 years in a leadership or directorial capacity (Garments Industry, Hospitality Industry, Sports Industry, E-Commerce Industry, Investment Industry, Banking Sector, Real estate Industry).Requirement: Applicant must be a local or having work permit.ISMMART Group of Industries seeking a Director of Finance for the relevant industry to provide visionary leadership and ensure our workforce thrives while aligning with company values and goals.:Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights driving operational efficiency.Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.Ensure accurate reporting of all accounting transactions and reconciliation of accounts.Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Participate in strategic planning by providing financial expertise and recommendations.Prepare cash flow forecasts and support cash management for various entities within the group.Prepare/check payment batches and reconcile bank statements daily.Job Specification:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
