Our client in the Retail industry, based in Johannesburg, Sandton, is currently looking to employ a Direct Store Sales Area Supervisor.

Job Overview:
This professional multi-tasker will manage and oversee the day-to-day shop procedures ensuring quality standards are met at every store and ensuring that daily and monthly sales targets are achieved (and boost your profit and revenue without increasing your time spent developing additional leads).

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate.
• 3 xe2x80x93 5 + years of industry sales experience in running multiple stores.
• A Valid Driverxe2x80x99s License.
• Reliable Vehicle
• Clear criminal record and credit record.
• Must have a basic understanding of HR policies and procedures such as: Pay and timekeeping policy, Leave and time off work policy, Performance and Discipline (Performance improvement plans, Oral and written warnings, Recognitions and Performance reviews) and Recruitment responsibilities.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend work will be required (as per a schedule).
