The ideal candidate would be an outgoing people's person, with great communication skills. They should possess a strong, determined personality with a strong desire for growth within the Insurance Sales industry. They should embody resilience and a never-say-die personality.
The role will consist of Face-To-Face Sales (Own leads) within a fast-paced environment, training, and mentoring of new candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients face-to-face to discuss insurance options
- Build relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Sell insurance products and meet sales targets
Requirements
Matric Certificate (Average 50%) OR NQF 4 equivalent,
valid SA ID
Situated in Pretoria
Must be Available Immediately
