Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a direct sales agent in the retail industry. As a direct sales agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your passion for sales and excellent communication skills will be key in meeting and exceeding sales targets and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and customer referrals
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Effectively communicate and demonstrate product knowledge to customers
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements:
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher.
Candidate must be eligible to work in South Africa
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to relocate.
Willing to travel.
