As a direct sales assistant, you will be crucial in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products and services, and maintaining a clean and organised sales floor. Responsibilities
Assist customers in finding and purchasing products, providing advice and recommendations as needed.
Actively engage with customers to assess their needs and preferences, and make personalized product suggestions.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and showcase product features and benefits effectively.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals, participating in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:
NQF 4 equivalent, Matric Certificate or Higher
Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Candidate must be eligible to work in South Africa.
